To review the company first: The snowboard arrived damaged from shipping. I contacted the company and their response was immediate. They did not quibble about making a new snowboard for me, which I thought was wonderful! The attention paid to customer service was outstanding!
About the board: It had a feel of being a much shorter snowboard than I had expected. I was able to do highmark slasher's with ease. It had effortless float in any powder. I was surprized at how easy it was to initiate a turn on such a long board. It's truly a thing of beauty!
One drawback: The attention it gets in the lift line can be overwhelming!
